30-Day Free Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible DEPULEY products purchased from depuley.com.
Return eligibility
- Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Return the product within 15 days after receiving our return instructions.
- Include the product, accessories, manuals and hardware. Please use the original packaging whenever reasonably possible.
- Provide your order number or other proof of purchase.
Products damaged by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification or missing essential parts may not qualify for a full refund. This does not affect your rights when an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
How to start a return
- Submit a request through your customer account, or email support@depuley.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send return instructions, the return address and, for eligible returns, a prepaid return label.
- Pack the complete product securely, attach the label and send it within 15 days.
Please do not send a product back before receiving return instructions.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or lost items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos or video showing the issue. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund. If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will reship it when possible or issue a refund.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 2 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, we will arrange the replacement shipment.
Order cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. If the order has already entered processing or has shipped, it may not be possible to cancel; you can use the return process after delivery.
Statutory rights
This 30-day return policy is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region. Where local law provides a cooling-off or cancellation right, including the 14-day right available to many UK and EU online consumers, those rights remain unaffected. Nothing in this policy limits your rights for goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
