DEPULEY Warranty Policy
Your DEPULEY or DINGLILIGHTING product is covered from the date of delivery. Warranty service requires an order number or other proof of purchase and applies to eligible products purchased from depuley.com.
Returns are covered separately by our 30-Day Return Policy.
Ceiling Fans and Fandeliers
- 5-year limited warranty: motor, fan driver, remote control and covered spare parts.
- 3-year limited warranty: LED light kit module.
- 1-year limited warranty: other covered parts.
Flush-Mount Lights
- 1-year limited warranty: LED light kit module and other covered parts.
Chandeliers, Pendant Lights, Wall Sconces, Track Lights and Island Lights
- 1-year limited warranty: covered replacement parts.
LED Mirrors
- 1-year limited warranty: defects in materials, workmanship and function under normal use.
Motion-Sensor and Outdoor Lights
- 1-year limited warranty: defects in materials, workmanship and function under normal use.
Floor Lamps and Table Lamps
- 1-year limited warranty: covered replacement parts.
How to request warranty service
Email support@depuley.com with your order number, product model and a clear description of the issue. Photos or video may be requested so our support team can confirm the problem and provide the correct solution.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover labor costs for installation, removal or replacement; remote-control batteries or light bulbs; normal wear; cosmetic damage that does not affect function; misuse; improper installation; accidents; unauthorized modification; or intentional damage. Purchases from unauthorized sellers, or claims without valid proof of purchase, are not covered.
This warranty is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
